Swiss turning is built for small, complex, high-volume parts with live tooling and tight positional control. We can combine Swiss work with CNC milling and multi-axis operations when the part or program calls for it.

Down to approximately 2 microns (0.00008") where consistent with the part design, material, size, and process. Critical dimensions are validated through in-process and final inspection.

We provide first article inspection (FAI), certificates of conformance, material certifications, inspection results, and lot-level traceability as required by the program. Export-control and customer flowdown requirements are confirmed before quoting.

We work with aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloys, and engineering plastics for aerospace, defense, and medical applications. Materials are processed in-house with documented controls.
