ITAR CNC & Swiss Machining. Built to Spec.
ITAR-registered U.S. machining for export-controlled, mission-critical work. Built in Batavia, Ohio, with AS9100D quality and full traceability.
Capabilities & Materials
CNC, Swiss & Multi-Axis Capability
CNC milling and turning, Swiss turning, and multi-axis work for complex, repeatable parts. We hold tight tolerances down to approximately 2 microns (0.00008") where the design and process support it. Aluminum, stainless, titanium, nickel alloys, engineering plastics, and other aerospace, defense, and medical materials are processed in-house with U.S. control and disciplined process planning.
Compliance, Traceability & One-Roof Advantage
Compliance You Can Prove
ITAR registration, AS9100D and ISO quality systems, first article inspection (FAI), and lot-level traceability keep every controlled job accountable. See the Certifications page: https://www.getboldx.com/who-we-are/certifications. For one-roof execution, pair precision machining and Swiss work with hermetic connector manufacturing and assembly: https://www.getboldx.com/what-we-do/precision-machining, https://www.getboldx.com/what-we-do/connectors, and https://www.getboldx.com/what-we-do/mil-dtl-38999-hermetic-connectors. One U.S. partner. Fewer handoffs. Clearer accountability.
