Federico Veneziano 
President/CEO
Federico Veneziano is a visionary leader and seasoned executive with more than two decades of global experience in operations, finance, and advanced manufacturing. As CEO of BoldX Industries, Federico drives the company’s strategic growth, operational excellence, and commitment to innovation across global markets.
With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and business leadership—including training from Harvard Business School—Federico blends technical expertise with a sharp financial acumen. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives that significantly increased revenue, reduced costs, and enhanced team performance. His foundational leadership has propelled BoldX into a forward-thinking manufacturer of precision components for industries where quality and reliability are paramount.
Beyond his role at BoldX, Federico is a passionate entrepreneur and mentor, actively involved in ventures that promote wellness, cybersecurity, and community development. His diverse background spans roles in the U.S., Italy and China, offering a truly global perspective on manufacturing and business strategy.

Debra Carnahan 
Vice President, Information Technology
As Vice President of Information Technologies at BoldX Industries, Debra Carnahan leads BoldX’s digital transformation, championing the adoption of Microsoft technologies and a fully cloud-based ERP system to support scalable growth. Debra's more than 40 years of experience in information systems, ERP solutions, and technology leadership enable her to align people, processes, and data in ways that drive efficiency, insight, and long-term business value.
Her career began at GE Aerospace in software development before expanding into international project management at U.S. Shoe Corporation. Debra later led ERP presales at JBA International, presenting solutions to over 300 manufacturers across industries, and served as Product Manager for the Encompix engineer-to-order ERP system.
For the past 20 years, she has held IS/IT leadership roles at American Micro Products (now BoldX), also overseeing operations in planning, shipping, and product costing. She holds dual degrees from Miami University in Systems Analysis and Music Education.
Outside of work, Debra enjoys skiing, golfing, boating, and supporting her grandchildren’s sports—along with cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals, Reds, and OSU Buckeyes.
Dustin Cruse 
Vice President, Operations
Dustin Cruse is a longtime BoldX team member whose career has spanned multiple departments—including engineering, quality, and operations. With a degree from Miami University, he brings a strong technical foundation and cross-functional expertise to his current leadership role in operations.
Dustin is known for his deep commitment to the company, his hands-on problem-solving skills, and his ability to connect strategy with execution. Whether he’s managing labor and materials costs or collaborating across teams, Dustin plays a vital role in advancing BoldX’s operational excellence. Outside of work, he’s active in the Cincinnati community and values one-on-one connection and lifelong learning.
Don Hetzer
Vice President, Finance
Don Hetzer brings more than 14 years of leadership at BoldX Industries, where he oversees financial strategy, reporting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance. As Vice President of Finance, Don plays a vital role in guiding the company’s fiscal health and supporting long-term growth initiatives.
With deep experience in cost analysis, trade-specific government reporting, and financial planning, Don ensures BoldX operates with precision and transparency. Prior to joining BoldX, he served as Financial Controller for a Cincinnati-based real estate developer and luxury home builder, where he managed multi-million-dollar budgets and complex financial operations. Don has also served as treasurer for several nonprofit organizations, reflecting his commitment to both professional and community stewardship.
He holds dual degrees in Accounting and Business Management from Wilmington College, along with a minor in Computer Science from Kent State University—a combination that enables him to merge financial acumen with systems thinking in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Pierre Paroz
Vice President, Purchasing
Pierre Paroz brings unmatched industry insight and a legacy of operational excellence to his role as Vice President of Purchasing at BoldX Industries, along with more than five decades of experience in manufacturing leadership. Pierre has overseen purchasing and estimating functions, contributing to the company’s precision, reliability, and long-term vendor partnerships.
Pierre’s career began at American Micro Products, Inc.—BoldX’s predecessor—where he served for 52 years across a range of roles, including Production, Estimating, Vice President of Sales, President, CEO, and ultimately Chairman. His lifelong dedication to the organization laid the groundwork for the innovative, quality-focused company BoldX is today.
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Pierre combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to people, process, and purpose. Outside of work, he is a dedicated mentor and leader, having served on ministry boards for more than 35 years and led numerous men’s groups. His passions include public speaking, teaching, and religious studies —alongside traveling the world with his family and enjoying fine bourbon.
Pierre’s leadership is marked by wisdom, humility, and a heart for service—qualities that continue to shape the culture and direction of BoldX Industries.
Paul Skidmore 
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
A proud graduate of Arizona State University, Paul Skidmore is passionate about health and wellness and fascinated by the complexities of the human mind. Outside of work, he enjoys soaking up the sun, hitting the beach, staying active, and savoring great steaks at top-tier restaurants. He’s equally energized by the future of manufacturing, where streamlined processes and entrepreneurial creativity are pushing boundaries and redefining what’s possible.
Paul’s career spans Fortune 500 companies and fast-paced startups, giving him a front-row seat to what it takes to build and scale successful businesses. Through these experiences, he has developed deep expertise in sales and marketing—crafting strategies that drive real growth, building brands that resonate, and identifying opportunities in competitive markets.
At the core of Paul’s work is strategy: making brands stand out, generating demand, and turning marketing into measurable revenue. He focuses on understanding customers, refining messaging, and finding efficient, impactful ways to connect with the right audiences. At BoldX Industries, he leads sales and marketing initiatives that fuel innovation, expand revenue, and help businesses carve out meaningful space in their industries. His mission is simple: drive growth with strategies that deliver—and help people succeed along the way.
John Woods 
Vice President, Facilities, Maintenance & Safety
With over four decades at BoldX Industries, John Woods is a cornerstone of the company’s operational excellence. As Vice President of Facilities, Maintenance & Safety, John oversees the infrastructure, equipment, and safety systems that power BoldX’s high-precision manufacturing capabilities.
John’s career at BoldX spans 44 years, rising through the ranks from Machine Operator to Journeyman Tool Maker (U.S. Department of Labor Certified), and eventually into key leadership roles managing facilities, tool rooms, and high-priority customer accounts. His expertise in vertical machining centers, precision turning applications, and high-precision grinding has helped shape the company’s reputation for reliability and technical excellence.
In addition to his extensive tenure at BoldX, John has held roles in automation systems, field service, and mechanical maintenance at organizations including Johnson Systems, OKI/Crown, and Sears & Roebuck.
A graduate of Madeira High School, John studied Engine Mechanics at Scarlett Oaks Career Center and continued his education in Liberal Arts and Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Cincinnati. Known for his deep mechanical knowledge, leadership skills, and customer-first approach, John plays a vital role in ensuring BoldX’s operations are safe, efficient, and built to last.
